I think this because stage 4 is characterized as having a low birth rate, a low death rate, a low population growth, and good health care. However, it could be transitioning into stage 5 because it also has characteristics such as a negative natural increase rate, a life expectancy of over 75, and a fertility rate of less than 2. That is why I think that Canada is in between stage 4 and 5 of the Demographic Transition Model.
